Ordered Szechuan Beef, egg rolls, fried cream wontons, and hot & sour soup. I have eaten a lot of Asian food in my 41 years ( high school friend Suwitt Ithipathachai's mother loved to watch me devour her food and kept it coming, they actually had 1 fork just for me) anyway, the beef in my Szechuan was slightly crispy not commercial mushy, let me tell you folks, this is down home Chinese Cuisine every thing was loaded with balanced flavors and I enjoyed everything, the vegetables were very crisp and full of flavor as well. The only advice I would have for this place is to have better descriptions of each item on their menu, it just looks like a list and I think they are too humble about their products. I finished my food an hour ago and my taste buds are still thanking me, can't wait to try the Sha-Cha Beef next time!

Great homemade Chinese! Really good fried rice.
