I just took in a sample of semen from my English bulldog because I was told by the staff they do semen count and motility rate, this was a bold face lie!!! When I asked for the count and motility rate on my boy they said oh we dont do that here. I said excuse me, I called a week ago when I set up this appointment to make sure you do do this???? The lady in the front said no we never do that we just put it under a scope and tell you if there is live sperm in there. I wasted my whole day driving from Dayton wa to Benton city to Dr. Menks because I was told by their staff they do that! I'm outraged.....not only did I waste my whole day and the whole day for my family but they also threw away the container I brought the sample in without even asking me if i wanted it back!!!! I'm a breed, i spend alot and i mean alot of money on my equipment and on my dog so for them to just throw away a collection tube that I paid good money for without even asking me is down right rude and inconsiderate!!!!! Now I have to order more because I no longer have the equipment I need to continue with my business, thanx alot Dr. Menks you will no longer have my business or any of my friends or families business!!!!!!!
