Approachable, Friendly, Professional

Very good customer service skills in the employees that I have encountered so far. The quality of the materials whether it's shoes or clothing that you purchase from there are durable, they look good and I feel good and they are at a decent price. If there's anything that you would like to return for whatever the reason maybe you don't get hassle and it's not frustrating, they simply ask for the things that are required in order to return or exchange needed and then your about your merry way. I like it.
