Do not buy a Kitchenaid dishwasher or oven. They have known issues but never do recalls. If you are lucky it will last a year. The self clean oven cycle gets too hot and then the oven shuts down because the thermostat over heats. The dishwasher barely lasted a year. Whatever you do, do not waste time on an extended warranty service plan because they send you techs that waste a month ordering the wrong parts.
