We bought bath tub & some bathroom fixture from this store as recommended by our contractor. When the bath tub (3-pc tub) was delivered , my husband signed & accepted it and did not notice of the vertical scratch in the middle, minutes later, our contractor arrived and noticed of the damage. He called the store right away but the store won't take it back because according to them the customer signed & accepted it anyway (we just received it for half an hour!), instead, they will send somebody out to take a look & repair. It was surely holding up everything. After 2 weeks the repair guy showed up and repaired & polished it for 30 minutes. The remodel went fine but we were shocked that they billed us with the repair. We could easily win if we bring this in court but too much hassle for us and I strongly believe in karma. The sales clerk lacks empathy either.
