I also belong to International Automotive Technicians Network (iATN) which is a group of 66,000 + technicians that share problems and solutions, worldwide. Have a particularly difficult problem to diagnose? Chances are you are not the first in the world with this problem. I do a lot of research and testing...not a lot of parts swapping. I use the latest in Snap-On diagnostic test equipment along with computer based analysis. I believe that communication between the customer and myself is key to a happy business transaction.
