When we called the groomer we told them that our dogs were older and had fleas. We had used a preventative topical treatment that just was not working. (we went with the cheaper treatment and are really regretting it) We also made them aware that our dogs had very thick winter coats and would be difficult to groom. But when the gentlemen came to our house after wasting 45 minutes of my time telling me all about dog grooming, he proceeded to tell me that he would not groom our dogs because he was afraid he would contract fleas?! It takes weeks to get a Saturday appointment with this company and was an enormous waste of time. I would definitely not recommend them.
