I was in at the end of October and had a screen replaced on an iPhone. A couple weeks later the screen quit working so I stopped in because of their 60 day warranty. I was told that because the screen had some scratches the warranty was void because the scratches could have caused the screen to quit working. What?! If that were the case then how do screens work after being cracked? Then he got a second opinion from the manager. He told me that the inside screen was damaged when we dropped it so that voided the warranty. First off, we didn't drop the phone the screen quit working. Second, how do you drop a phone and break the inside without breaking the outside? They just didn't want to follow through with the warranty. I left and went to Megabytes. They told me they couldn't see any accidental damage and would be happy to help me.
