I had a scheduled appointment, which I got to on time. They made me wait and fill out paperwork bc they got a new system, then after 30 min said I would have to reschedule me because I didn't come in early enough to fill out paper work even though I should have been in the system. My birth control is now expired. Never going back.

The nurse practitioner the clinic assigned me to was awful. She basically had me diagnose myself and charged me $170 to do so, I will not be back.

This clinic is WONDERFUL!!!!! The absolute best staff and doctors anywhere in NWA. They are considerate, kind, and really cared about me as a patient. Dr Fry's nurse is my favorite. I found her to be timely and professional in dealing with my MANY needs (I was a panicked new mother, what do you expect?? :) I would recommend this clinic to every single person I encounter. All negative reviews aside, you couldn't ask for a better staff or physicians to place your trust in for all your healthcare needs. THANKS LIFESPRING!!!!

Worst experience i had ever had with any health care. The nurse wouldnt call you back til the next day day (although we say that to the doctor) .. The admin staff doesnt know how to talk with respect. Totally waste of going here... Atleast not worth going here for a OBg N gyn service... I would rate it Zero.. in its service..
