Provided by YPmobileMcLarty sold my daughter a used vehicle which was in the shop more often than in her driveway. After a month she wanted out of the contract. It took persistence and meeting with the owner to finally manage this. Even then, the manager of the Used Car division insisted he had put thousands of dollars into that car for her and didn't want to tear up the contract. It's all about customer service, not trying to make people feel guilty so they'll keep the crappy car you shouldn't have sold in the first place. #unimpressed
