The owner explained every bed to me and why certain ones work better than others. I have never had any levels explained at previous salons so this was SO informative!!!! Def will be recommending this place to all my friends..

WONDERFUL customer service! They take the time to explain all the levels and find what is right for what you're wanting. Also their VersaSpa spray tan is the best I have ever seen and experienced! Looks very natural and even; and it doesn't leave you blotchy or sticky either. By far my favorite tanning experience

The staff here is friendly until you sign a contract for anything! Then rude and indifferent. They argue about every single thing and talk down to you. As soon as my contract is over I will never go back.

I went there before my wedding. I had always had trouble getting tan because I am so fair skinned. I usually just went in reg 20 minute beds and had lousy results because I could never go very long in the beds without burning. The girl at Perfect Tan told me about their No Burn beds and recomended a lotion with light bronzers for me. I was skeptical because she put me in for full time and I had never been able to to that in regular beds. It was amazing in just 5 sessions I had more color than I had ever had with no RED. Thank You Perfect Tan.

I have been tanning for years and when I moved into NWA recently i wasnt sure if i would find a place that fit what i wanted. Perfect tan was the 5th salon that i went to and i have been going to it ever since! the salon staff were all friendly and were able to answer any questions i had. I noticed results just after 1 session in their high pressure bed! they are the cleanest salon i went into as well. i wouldnt ever go anywhere else now that i have tanned here.

i went into perfect tan not sure what to expect, and i was more than pleased! everyone that works there is friendly and knowledgeable. they really made me feel comfortable...and because i hadnt been tanning in so long, they were able to help me make the right choice on what bed to use. They really are the best tanning salon i have ever been too

The associates here were horrible. They acted as if they were better than every customer that walked in the door. I stood in line and watched them handle customers like they were 2 years old. I don't appreciate being talked to as if I were illiterate and if you don't either I recommend you go elsewhere for your tanning needs. Also this is the only place in the Bentonville/Rogers area that has "startup fees" for tanning. I called many other tanning places in the area and they have no such thing. When I mentioned that Perfect Tan does they knew all about it and said that is the only place they knew of that had that sort of thing. So if you don't want bad customer service and ridiculous prices w/ added fees I would definately tan somewhere other than the Perfect Tan.
