I've bought two cars here in the past three months. Both were well below what you'd pay at a big dealership, which is where I've bought all my cars since high school. Here are my impressions:
Pros:
The cars are all late model and low milage
The prices are great- below book.
The transactions (mine were all cash) were fast and easy
The guys were friendly and helpful. Story: The last time I came in they were pretty busy, and one of the owners 14 YO sons came out to talk with me. He was very knowledgable and helpful- answered all my questions and pointed out some really key points I hadn't considered. When it was time to move the discussion along he quickly got an adult to help me. Nice job by the young man.
The family seems great- I don't know these guys from Adam, but I like that there are always a bunch of their kids up there- washing cars, placing and removing stickers as needed. I left with the impression of good work ethics being taught.

I've been a loyal customer for 13 years. This past month I bought a Chrysler Minivan from them and I couldn't be happier. Highly recommend them if your looking for a vehicle!

Great team of guys at Performance! Very friendly and very helpful. Best prices in NW Arkansas by far. Their sticker price was lower than any other place would negotiate. They made the transaction very easy for us as a whole.

We bought a 2011 BMW from them recently. The trade in and paperwork was a easy and smooth transaction. They were friendly and informative. They even made some calls and helped us after the sale to figure out a minor issue we had. They offered us an extended warranty that we could buy and being it was a used car we took them up on the offer. I love the car and the service, so far I would buy from them again. We have had the car a couple of weeks and used the manufacturers warranty to fix a chirping in the heater, but even that was an easy breezy deal.
