First off Ken Waldman is a fraud. He is part owner of the company and can't handle nor resolve issues in a timely manner. We have been awaiting on shelves for over a month now for a Charleston Loft bed. We were given the following number (215-279-3209 ) to call him to speed up the process because his own employee could not even get a straight answer from him. BUYER BEWARE Call, call and call until you get a response.
