I would rather eat at Dinks. They have better customer service and the food tastes better. My orders have been wrong twice and they don't show the customers respect when the customer asks for a resolution. They laugh while you are on the phone with them and think that you dont hear them. They will only give you about 1 oz of barbecue sauce in those littel containers and expect you to use that on a 1/2 rack of ribs. They tend to show certain types of customers exceptional customer service and if you don't fit the profile, your service is poor.
