If you happen to be a new patient that has not been seen by their doctors before on a monthly visits and need pain meds for any reason they will not wright you any. or if you have been self medicated (like- mmmp) with little or no medical history plan on going to them for months for pain meds. rude receptionists and do not even know how many hours are in a day example wrote a script for every 8 hours and 30 pills so lets do the math 8x3=24 so a thirty day supply would be 90 pills not 30. they say we have only 8 hours in one day wtf. rude, nasty, and unwilling to do anything, so no meds for u!!!!

The sign says "walk ins Welcome"... When I came in and needed medical attention, the receptionist was not only RUDE,but clearly unwilling to allow me to see a Dr. Terrible shame on this office!!! My suggestion would be to go to Traverse to a place called "the Walk In Clinic"! Farther away, but willing to help.

Iv had the worse experience here. Roberta Herbst is a horrible person. You are not treated like a human. Your treated like a piece of meat in a processing plant. I'm over it! Finding a new dr.

If you want to be just a # and get lied to and not get the care you need go here. They just want your money and don't give you the time of day. If you what someone that cares find some other place, this place is a JOKE. You wait to get in then when you do they hurry to get you out. JUST LIKE BUGER KING.
