This is a terrible place to live. The apartments are old, the windows are super thin so your electric bill will be in the hundreds each month.

My name is Kim I'm 44 years old I have lung cancer and the Dr give me 3-6 months in October I'm on full time oxygen I need to be by myself more I've got an fiancee but I can't do it at the moment I receive disability,$649.00 a month I need to do this so it makes me feel bad

I have lived at Silver Creek Apts. for 8 months and I love it here! The week before I moved into my apartment, it was renovated with new laminate hardwood floors, carpet and paint. It looked brand new. The property manager, Eva, is very friendly and helpful, so is the maintenance guy, who is here everyday even when no one needs him. The neighbors are quiet and friendly and the property is nice to look at and walk around. No place for kids to play outside though. The negatives are that the walls/windows are not very sound proof and you can hear everything that happens outside like traffic, lawn mowers, car doors closing, etc...even conversations sometimes. On most days I can hear the clock chiming from the college campus. Another negative is that the on-site laundry facilities are not free. I also wish that my oven had been replaced when they renovated. Its kind of old, but it works. Other than that, I enjoy living here and plan to stay a good while.
