Nice clocks and good prices. Problem? No direct customer support. If you have an issue with your clock and you don't find the answer on their webpage, there is no way to get in touch with them other than through their voicemail. They have three phone numbers, none of which they answer. You leave a message and they will call you back. Problem is that you will have to be home to troubleshoot the problem so plan on staying home for a day or two or...? It's such a shame to have such great products and them offer such poor service.
