So we order a large pizza on-line at Papa John's ( for delivery!!). An hour an a half passes and still no pizza. So I call Papa Johns on Front Street in Berea to see what is going on. I ask for manager. "Jim", who is the manager over there insists that the order was for pick-up. I say no, he's wrong. In fact, i say, I have a delivery confirmation number. After going back and forth with him I agree

to re-order only if he's willing to give me something for free , like garlic bread, since it's his fault, not mine. He refuses and rudely hangs up on me. I call back to cancel my order and make a complaint. He tells me to go on their website and complain there and hangs up the phone again. I'm happy to oblige. I call their customer service and complain. The lady on the other end is very nice and polite and sends a coupon for a free large pizza to my wife's e-mail. She even calls Papa John's store in Berea to make sure they refund my money. "Jim" needs to brush up on his customer service skills.
