Provided by YP.com*****BEWARE OF BAIT AND SWITCH****If there was an option for 0 stars, this would be the rating that this dealership deserves. We went online- browsed some cars and found a used Nissan Quest that was in our price range. We went into the dealership to find that it was marked at a different price than on the internet. (Internet price: 20,995- sticker price on vehicle 23,995) I was told by the salesperson that the lady who handles the internet marketing was confused, and I was told by the sales manager that they were "hacked" and looking into it. Really? Someone hacks into your system to offer an additional discount and they take the time to write "marked down from previous price of ? However, that wasn't the only "mistakes". When we asked to see the car we were told it was a misprint and the car was actually 25,995. ( ONE CAR~ THREE PRICES !?! ) Since it was late in the day, we returned the next day. The sticker was still with the misprinted price. We negotiated from the price we were told to the sticker price (from 25,995 to 23,995) we ran my credit, I gave in my insurance, everything was ready when all of a sudden- I was informed by Alfredo (the finance manager) that they were confused during the negotiations and that the GM thought that we were discussing a different car. This was ridiculous because the entire time I kept mentioning the car by the last four of the vin and it was the ONLY NISSAN QUEST 2013 in their lot. 4 hours to be swindled... beware of bait and switch and go with a respectable dealership that will not waste your time. You need to go somewhere that handles deals with professionalism.

Provided by YP.comWe have been ripped off from day one. We came in seeing the add for $189 per month and left paying $425 per month...it just got worse from there. We were told,, in the past two years that we needed new brakes front and back, four new tires, and then rotated..a new battery pro-rated that we had to replace if we wanted to drive the car and that is just for starters...we can't see past the blind spots and have had several accidents because of the blind spots...we can't see over the dashboard for example and just hit a boulder on the side of the road because of that blind spot...We will never use a Nissan again..it's not worth the money, and the quality just isn't there.

Provided by YP.comReview revised from 1 star to 4 star, been to dealership again, old staff is completely gone (THANK GOD). Much more pleasant experience this time around. Below is our old review. Got a decent deal and they did their best to try and keep us satisfied.
Bait and Switch!! My wife, myself, and her family were called numerous times to turn our lease in early. We went 3 months early and desided to go back closer to the end of our lease. We ended up going back 1 month to the end of the lease and got a fairly good deal. One of the terms of the deal was to pay the last payment of the previous lease. This was said numerous times during negotiation (or we would have just waited one more month) and was on the paperwork when signed. The car was taken home that day but upon waking the next day we found oil on the driveway. My wife went back to the dealer the next day (alone) and they switched the car, new paperwork, etc. We recieved a call from Nissan asking about the last payment and explained the situation. We figured they may have been crossed in the mail or something. We called Nissan of Bergenfield and was told it will be taken care of. Two months later we get a call from the collections department. We pay the last payment plus the late fee and after 10 trips to the dealership still have not recieved anything back. We have purchased 5 cars through them within the last 6 years and we end our relationship like this. They claim it is no where for the GM to see it is supposed to be paid but the salesman confirms it was there on the original deal and said it should have been paid. Someone screwed up there... whether intentional or not there was lying and deception. I would not recommend. Will be filing paperwork with consumer affairs and bbb. Even got all conversation on video. Contact me if you need any more information or people to not deal with there.
