Aimee Wells is a licensed acupuncturist and herbalist who provides expert, affordable health care in two convenient locations in Berkeley and Oakland, California. Aimee specializes in sports injuries, acute and chronic pain, infertility, women's health, gynecology, healthy pregnancy, digestive disorders, anxiety, depression, insomnia, allergies, headaches, and much more. She is also a certified Acupuncture Facial Rejuvenation specialist. After completing a degree in Genetics and pre-medicine from UC Davis in 1996, Aimee completed a 1200 hour program in therapeutic massage, which she practiced for thirteen years. She draws upon her knowledge of Western Medicine as well as her experience as a massage therapist in her acupuncture clinic. Chinese Medicine can have beneficial effects in the treatment of virtually any disorder. Each patient in Aimee's clinic receives an individualized treatment based on specific patterns of disharmony that are revealed by the health history and pulse and tongue diagnosis. Chinese Medicine can even detect and treat illness before it manifests into symptoms. Aimee works with most insurance companies and accepts Visa, Mastercard, American Express, and Discover.
