BEWARE!! THEFT, BAD MANAGEMENT AND BAD CAR WASH.

I took my car in for a wash on 1/14/08. When I got my car back I discovered that someone had gone into the CLOSED storage bin between the driver and passenger seat (it has no lock) and removed a small coin purse containing $42 (bills and coins). The content of this bin was not visible to anyone and not an area that's cleaned or washed. Someone deliberately opened the bin to check the content. The manager Edmundo Alarcon did not take a report, was uninterested in finding the thieve, or helping in any way. His attitude was "It's your problem." He proceeded to say "I've got to go take care of another problem" and disappeared. Worse yet the floor mats were still smudgy and dirt spots were still on the rear bumper of my car. BEWARE OF THEFT, BAD MANAGEMENT AND BAD CAR WASH. STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE.
