Provided by YP.comI had a drink a cafe rouge one night sitting at the bar. I personally saw one of the employees drop some food on the floor as he was walking out of the kitchen and saw him pick it up and place it back on the plate and serve it to a customer. there was a guy in the butcher section rubbing his nose (I think he had a cold) then proceeded to handle the meats behind the glass case. I talk the owner Marsha McBride about the situation and how disgusting it was to see such behavior by her employees, she listened to me and said she would talk to her employees about the situation. I recently went to Cafe Rouge again to see if anything had changed. I didnt experience anything unsanitary. However, i noticed a few employees talking very softly to each other passing around a little bag with white powder in it. One of the employees walked into the bathroom, came out a few minutes later sniffling and handed the little bag back to his co-worker. Now i have a feeling why the employee behind the meat counter was sniffling in the middle of summer.
