They were amazing. I sliced open my finger today by accident and needed stitches. It was the weekend, so as per their website, I needed to call ahead to make an appointment. There was about a half an hour wait from the time my appointment was scheduled, but I didn't mind. The waiting room was nice--very calming compared to other urgent cares I've been to. The receptionist was also very kind. The Nurse practitioner who stitched me up was very empathetic. (I HATE NEEDLES!) She had a good sense of humor and we talked through the entire procedure--mainly about her dogs, as she had mentioned them and I love animals. All in all, I couldn't have asked for a better experience given the circumstances. I hope to not need an urgent care again, but if I do, I will go here in a heartbeat.
