Rude and Snobbish - I had a bad experience with one of the sales ladies at this store. I politely asked if they sold a certain type of lamp shade and she replied loudly and rudely indicating that those type of shades are made in Europe and SouthEast Asia and not in the U.S. Clearly she had received similar requests from other customers and was venting her frustrations with me. I thought it would be a good idea to visit a small "independent" shop, but I'm going back to the big box shops where I'm not going to get a snotty attitude!
