Right after I moved to Berkeley and started to see this Dana Street dental office, Total Health bought out the practice. Within a year, there was yet another switch from one dentist to another, with no warning. Once I showed up for a check-up, and with no warning, the dentist was not even in that day. But the MAIN CONCERN I have is that they just told me I had to pay $216 for a composite filling because my insurance (Delta) would not pay it. Today I logged in to Delta which shows me I should have paid nothing. So Total Health is gauging it's patients, either by virtue of incompetence or lying, it's hard to know. When I called to complain, I got an "I understand, and I can file to get that money back to you", but not "this was an egregious error that should not have happened".
