The store is chaotic and disorderly with zero customer service. Be prepared to wait a long time to be helped, especially if you need shoes. The two young girls who work there are good and try their best. The older lady who I assume is the owner of the store is terrible - she is extremely rude and unprofessional.

After being in the store for almost an hour (most of that time was spent waiting to be helped), I was next in line to pay, my items were sitting on the counter and she started to ring up another customer who cut the (very long) line. When I said I was next, the owner completely ignored me and continued to ring the other person up. At the very least, she should have acknowledged I was next but make up a reason why she had to ring up the other person first. To completely ignore a customer is unacceptable.
