Evangeline Hance, APN is a member of Summit Health's Geriatrics team. Ms. Hance has an extensive nursing background and supports the care of geriatric patients through compassionate, quality care. I feel most fulfilled when I see a patient recover from an illness, says Ms. Hance.Ms. Hance has worked in various long-term care nursing facilities and has acute care experience in step down units, emergency room settings, and in post-anesthesia care units. She is board certified under American Association of Critical-Care Nurses as an Adult-Gerontology Acute Care Nurse Practitioner (ACNPC-AG), certified in Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS), Pediatric Advanced Life Support (PALS), and Basic Life Support (BLS). She is a member of ANA, NJSNA, and AACN.When she is not working, she enjoys attending Zumba classes, outlet shopping, spending time with family and watching her son's basketball and soccer games. Shes also a strong advocate for making time for exercise which she believes is the key to living a healthy life.
