I went to this salon for a $40 spa pedicure, nearly two hours later I left with wet toenails that had been painted not once, but twice because they failed to have spa flip flops and messed up four of my ten toes when placing my flip flops one me. They then applied a drying spray, but there was no drying machine in sight. After four hours and fifteen minutes of keeping my feet in flip flops on a March day, my toenails were still wet. Their staff was friendly enough, but owner was anything but helpful when I called her to relay my experience. Instead of offering to refund my money or even half of my money she stated that she could send me a check for $10. When I let her know that I didn't feel that this was sufficient reimbursement considering that I would have to go elsewhere and pay at least $20 to get at pedicure. She suggested that I go to who I usually go to, hung up on me and told me that she was not going to re-imburse any of my payment. I would never visit them again. I was very disappointed. This IS NOT good customer service.
