Booked a birthday party for young kids (it's what they wanted). Hartfield states on their party page, "Here’s A Great Idea…Let Us Do All Of The Work!

You want the party to be perfect and we know it can be stressful!"

That couldn't be further from the truth. We booked the party in their big room (over 25 kids coming). We arrived early to setup.

Room they have us first sat 12. Ended up with a room on a different floor. It holds 20. All downhill from there. Many kids waited 15 min or more for shoes, lanes turned on 15 min late, lanes were not setup as promised (no balls, no names, no bumpers,...). 45 min later, they shut the lanes off (paid for 1 hour), not enough plates or cups, no silverware, and I had to go get the pop (no juice provided). When we tried to settle up, it took over 30 min. Kids had fun bowling (thank goodness) and the Puyallup tasted good. But we ended up doing 90% of the work.
