had 4 wheel alignment done December 2014 or 2250 miles, at time I stated wheel not centered, slight pull. Tech showed me where r/f spring sits missing 3 inches, struts rear leaking. I asked can you align yes 45 minutes later and $99.00 done. I asked if wheel centered" best possible" per tech nothing written on work order best possible. Steering wheel not centered around town did not bother me. Started highway driving, off center wheel bothered me. Called Don made appointment for 4 wheel alignment I will have to pay . Stop by shop spoke to Don in person with other customers there he agreed to take care of N/C made appointment next day 8 a.m. Don Called 7:45 asked if I got message he states he called last night, must of called wrong # no calls from Don last night. He spoke to his Tech who has been there 37 yrs, waste of time & money to center wheel because it will change all the time due to bad springs and struts. Ct tire Don said he would care of it while I was there and on phone he reversed his position. UPDATE 9/10/15 Don contacted me will do 4 wheel alignment No Charge
