This place is a great place to go to if you want your nails done, this place is really clean and the workers here are really friendly, and they do a great job at my nails, they have a wide variation of colors you can chose from its really great.

Poor attitude from the owner to the entire staff. Nails looked horrible. This was my 2nd visit. I have them the benefit of the doubt & thought try one more time. Naturally they didn't like it whenI pointed out the not so nice job that was done & it was only 6 days since I had been there. Not much better with 2nd chance. Never again. Save your money . New salon next to Michelangelo 's called Pink Salon & Spa. Nails never looked so great!!!!

I went in here to get Shellac. I'd never been here before, but I live in the area so I decided to give them a shot. The whole time, I felt like I was inconveniencing them. They were rushing around because they decided to accept two walk-ins after me didn't have enough staff to handle the customers. So, they didn't ask me if I wanted my nails cut down or what shape I wanted. Then, each time I had to put my hands under the UV, I had to remind the technician to turn the light on. At the end, I looked at my nails, and I honestly could have done a better job myself. They are dull already (after one hour, mind you), poorly shaped, uneven, and there are spots on my nails that they even missed. The application is the sloppiest I have ever gotten. Not worth the money or the time spent there.

I went into Tiffany Nails & Spa today only to find out that the owner was in a bad mood and rushing. So I was sitting there the entire time listening to Jackie the owner yell at her staff and rush on my nails. It usually takes 45 to 50 minutes for my manicure and it only took Jackie maybe 20 minutes. I have been going to this nail salon for five years and the last couple times I have went I felt rushed . Today was Jackie's daughter's graduation so I new she wanted to be out of her business at 5 but about ten minutes until 5 everyone started to walk in and Jackie started to panic. Jackie told her staff that was working on a client to stop working on the lady and do a pedicure. I felt like that was rude but I wasn't the client and if you start working on someone you should finish on that person because they were their first. I was so rushed and my nails looked horrible. I got a french manicure, the paint was all over my nails, the white tips looked like a seven year old did it, the clear coat that Jackie put on was running because she slabbed so much on and when I went to sit down under the dryer my nails started to smudge because all the clear coating running. I then told Jackie politely that I was not happy with the way that my nails came out and she was not happy that I told her that. I am not one to complain but I have a special event to go to and my nails that I paid for looked horrible. After I told Jackie that I didn't like my nails she walked away from me and started working on the client that she told her employee to stop working on. I then got up and told her that I would take the polish off because I actually felt bad and didn't want her to miss her daughter's graduation. After I told Jackie that I would take the polish off so she can re-paint it she was furious and told me to get out and threw my money on the floor in front of me. I felt like telling her off but I think that after she acted so horrible to me she has lost customers. Everyone was there and as I picked up the money I politely said to her thank you and I have a good day at you're daughter's graduation. Still after being treated like a dog I felt bad for her because I new she was stressed out over her daughter's graduation. I would not even give her business half a star after being treated so poorly. If Jackie had her daughter's graduation to go to then she should of had staff to cover her so she would not be rushing to go to her daughter's graduation. Instead the entire time I was there she yelled at her staff, rushed all her clients and acted like a complete animal. I will never go back to Jackie's place of business ever and oh I forgot on my way out the door I think I heard her say sorry but I'm not sure because I was already had the door opened by then. She embarrased herself and also me and I can't believe she acted so horrible to me a customer that has been going there for years. I know she was having a bad day but I don't think I should of been the one to take it out on. Please beware and stay away from Tiffany Nails and Spa. Also none of the people that work there are certified so go somewhere else and I found this out today while she was yelling at her employee in front of all the customers. Tiffany Nails and Spa should treat people with respect and also have respect for their paying customers who is not for us would not be in business. I couldn't believe the way I was treated and I'm still shocked I will never ever go back there and I hope you don't.
