the other reviewer is an idiot.. Last wash is 10:30 with "closing" at 12 midnight if there is a customer in the store. If there are no customers, why would the staff stay from 10:30 - til midnight and do nothing? Why would the owner pay the employee to do nothing? 7 days times 1.5 hours a day is potentially 10.5 hours per week which comes out to over 500 hours a year paying someone to do nothing.
Paying employees to do nothing is not a wise business model. How about YOU go earlier in the day? Why not have them wash, dry & fold your clothes? How about you do your laundry and leave with the laundry instead of expecting the poor employee to sit there all night waiting for your entitled "Karen" self

Secondly, wet floor? are you suggesting that they NOT clean from open to close? They're open 7 AM to 10:30 PM with people spilling stuff and tracking dirt in from outside - you don't want them to clean & mop?

Owner is demeaning to staff and customers. Owner instructs staff to close up "before posted signs and Internet closing hours" if your clothing are in dryer to save on payroll $$$, floors are slippery wet, as staff is instructed to mop wet floors during business hours. And lastly, they are over priced. Owner doesn't reply professionally to complaints by employees or staff. Not worthy of doing your laundry there.
