Founded in 1969, Berlin Intermediate School enrolls more than 700 students in grades four through six. It supports the Destination ImagiNation club. The school operates an after-school academy that provides various academic and arts programs. Berlin Intermediate School additionally offers a performing arts program where students present musicals twice a year. It also offers a range of character education and positive incentive programs. Berlin Intermediate School is located in Berlin, Md., and is a part of Worcester County Public Schools, which governs nearly five elementary schools, three middle schools and three high schools.
