The staff is always very kind and helpful. If they don't have an item you are looking for, they go above and beyond to find it for you.

Within the span of 5 mins of entering the store, the owner admonished 6 year old son for touching things that were NOT marked as such. We had items in-hand that we intended to purchase but decided not to spend a dime with this store. Horrible customer service.
