Kathy, the owner of this salon is very unprofessional. She cancels appointments with no notice and she will claim it is do to her stress levels.This happened twice within the last year! Just tonight, 2 days before my 3 month standing appointment, calls yet again to cancel because her stress levels are too high!! Now I am left to find another salon at the last minute! VERY UNPROFESSIONAL especially with her being the SALON OWNER! Beware of this salon!!!
