Provided by YP.comBig Len is a Big Rip-Off! He is a liar and he does not back up his equipment. Once he has your money he will never answer your calls....90 day warranty means nothing to him. Do not ever use this guy because he only takes your money and gives you crappy product that he does not back up. Very bad business man!!!!

Provided by YP.comWow! Incredible service. My husband and I just started our own family owned restaurant. A dream come true. We decided to try Big Len's Restaurant Equipment to purchase our kitchen appliances. That was the best decision we could have made. From the moment we walked in, Sonia (manager) made us feel right at home and was quick to assist us in showing floor models of used equipment and the prices are fantastic! We purchased a convection oven, a two door freezer, and six burner grill combo for starters. The total was within our budget just as we asked her to do before we even got started. We also met Len. He is knowledgable, courteous, and answered all of our questions. We will definitely go back, and we highly recommend Big Len's to anyone looking for reasonably priced restaurant equipment.

Provided by YP.comCalled Big Lens asking for information about refrigerators, was told that the info would be sent via e mail After a week past I stopped in person and spoke to a lady who said she was sorry that she didn't get the information to me. She explained that she work alone and isn't able to carry out all of her duties. I asked if she could show me the refrigerators they have on the floor and she showed us a few. She was pleasent, and seemed to want to help. I explained we needed a unit sooner rather than later and we would also need aother unit to work off the back of a truck. She was able to show us a used unit that looked to be in good shape, I asked her what the age of the unit was and she promised that she would call and let us know as soon as she found out. Another week passed and I called asking what happened that she didn't call again I told her that we needed a unit and that one depending on its age would do the job. She again told me she works alone and can not do all the work she must do but she would find out and call me back. Again she didn't call so I called asking to speak with Big Len. I was told he was out of the office and would be returning anytime soon. I told her not to worry I would find away to speak with Len myself, the call ened. About 30 minutes later she called me back to tell me Len said he didn't want to sell two refrigerators he couldn't help me he was too busy. I am so happy I didn't buy from these jokers I can't imagine what it would be like to get service if it was needed. Should be called be Laz I doubt Len knows what is going on in his store and shame on him if he does!
