I took my car in to have the bottom sides repainted. Al, the owner, returned the car with streaking in the paint. I called to get the car corrected. There was other work that needed to be done to the car. Al manipulatively said he would prefer to fix the errors in the paint if we give him the other work and have it done all at the same time. I told him that I did not have the money for the additional repairs, but that I wanted him to fix what he did not do correctly in the meantime. To place more pressure on me, he kept using every excuse as to why he could not get the painter in until we were ready to do the other work. When I told him I felt this was manipulative and that if he was a true professional, he would fix the painting errors and not put pressure on getting the other work done, he hung up on me. So I am now left with a car that has a poorly done paint job because he pretty much refused to fix his work unless he got the other business. I would not recommend using someone who uses such underhanded and "pressure tactics" to garner business. Take your business elsewhere. This will be only more headache than help.
