This place has everything you would expect from one of the "city" (40,000+) hospitals, with the benefits of a small town size and caring, from an ICU with two ventilator capability, a full surgical department (including general surgery and orthopedics), and a phenomenally large staff of both multiple specialties as well as Family Practitioners and Internists.



The atmosphere is very friendly and "small town", but the care is definitely first rate. Of course, you cannot expect heart surgery or brain surgery in this 25 bed hospital, but you can expect to be pleasantly surprised at the number and quality of care available there. I know that I certainly was, and I have been hospitalized in places from this size up to Mayo's and University of Wisconsin Hospitals and Clinics. Come and expect to be happily flabbergasted.
