Lucky to even got that I spend $19. Then they tell me its policy that they can't give me one ranch dip. Ridiculous and they lost my business.

doesn't even deserve one star

recently moved to Berlin. This is the WORST McDonald's I've ever been to. I figured I would give them a few chances before I made that proclamation. I never get the right order, it takes FOREVER in the drive through. I feel badly for the staff, but this is a complete management FAILURE. They have stopped carrying the fruit&walnut salad, so I have absolutely no reason to go there again. There's a Subway in town. I guess they will be getting my business from now on. AVOID the McD's at all cost....

poor service

I live in Berlin. I go here because its fast. But if you want no salt on something, forget it. This has been going on for years reguardless of complaints. Worst mcdonalds ever. Even the male manager is a jerk. As long as they screw up I'll complain.
