The mobile euthanasia service truly helped me in a terrible time. They were efficient and kind and let me take all the time I needed with my pet. Dr Spohn and her associate were professional but also not clinical and felt like they truly cared

DO NOT go to Pawz To Care with Lauryn Pohn and Susan Rouhle unless you want to pay $277 for no good reason. Susan said I could not even have a partial refund because I was lying: they really did the exam and anyways the fees were for their time. Even a basic exam like checking my cat's head, nose, ears, eyes, nose and throat nor temperature and weight was taken at all. In fact, Lauryn Pohn criticized me for my cats weight which was 1. not taken 2. It was normal. She told me she couldn't at first feel the lump I complained about because he was soooo fat. I felt it just fine. She preached about putting him on a diet and how to do this as my cat sat there terrified of them. I finally had to tell them to let him go hide. They also recommended unnecessary bloodwork. Please do not go to Pawz To Care because your pet and money are important. I am out $277 and now I must go to another vet to have him properly examined.
