I really don’t like dentists, but the doctor and staff at Perfect Teeth made me feel right at home. The care was great and the atmosphere was really upbeat.

Bait and switch. Made an appointment and specifically asked repeatively if I would receive an exam and cleaning the same day. Asked twice when I made the appointment and again when they called to confirm the appointment. The person said as long as I did not need a special type of cleaning it come be done the same day. When to the appointment asked again if I would have X-rays, exam and cleaning, I completed the paper work they checked my insurance when totally covers two cleanings per year and cap on treatments, if needed. when they were almost ready to take me back they then proceed to tell that I would have to come back for a cleaning. To to It all off, they total me at 5:45pm, that the Dental Hygienist leaves at 4:00pm. Basically the minute they made my appointment they knew they could not provide a cleaning during my appointment. I will say they were nice and tore my paper work up and to the best of my knowledge did not charge for the appointment. Still have to call my insurance to confirm if they charged.
