Bernards Eye Care really saved me when I had pain and discomfort in my eye that wasn't getting better. I was at work, and I couldn't find a doctor who could get me an appointment at the last minute. The office manager talked to me on the phone and was so courteous and understanding while I explained the issue. I was already very upset and worried, because other places just rushed me off the phone and were not sensitive to my situation. The office manager was kind enough to be patient and calm and was able to get me an appointment despite the late hour. The other staff members were also patient and understanding, and I did not feel "rushed," or as if I was inconveniencing them in any way. Dr. Dente was very thorough, knowledgeable, and professional as he examined and assessed the problem with my eye. Everyone there really put me at ease, and I felt so much better when the examination was finished. I work in healthcare, so I recognize the value of great customer service and patience (especially if the person is in pain or discomfort, which I was). I highly recommend Bernards Eye Care, with an emphasis on the "Care." Thank you so much for making time for me at the last minute. Your kindness and effort truly made a huge difference in my week!
