I made an appointment with their Greenbrook location and went to the Bernardsville location. They help clear up the misunderstanding and was able to take me and my friend without an appointment. The place was huge and everything was purple! My favorite color.

I also had an expiring voucher from groupon and I couldn't make it before the expiration date. I called to see if I can get an extension of the voucher due to Sandy. And I was told that the vouchers are good for at least six months from the date of purchase and that is ample time for anyone to use it. And then said I could extend my voucher if I pay $20 extra. It rubbed me the wrong way but after calming down I admit I did pass up on a few opportunities in using the voucher. I paid $20 for the extension and the service was good.

Worst experience ever. Poor workmanship. Lack of communication. Even though Salon was closed because of Hurricane Sandy, they would not extend their prepaid services. Please do not go to this Salon. Also, they are constantly trying to "upsell" you more services. They do not understand no thank you.....
