I've used the McAleenan Training Center for boarding, horse training and rider training (me). When I arrived at the center I knew two things about horses, kick them to go and pull the reins to stop. After only spending a couple of sessions with Barry McAleenan at the center I realized I was going to be enlightened, now after three months of weekly sessions I've come to appreciate some of the intricacies of horsemanship. Barry's attitude of horse and rider being a partnership was exactly the approach I was looking for. He's an incredibly skilled horseman and an incredibly patient teacher. Whether you want a well trained horse or to became a skilled rider. (I got both) I highly suggest you talk with Barry.
