Not terribly impressed with their service. Had them come out and pump our tank and they told us the baffle leading out the to the leach field was broken. They removed the baffle and told my wife it would be easy for us to replace it. We called multiple times over the next month and only ever got their voice mail. They finally showed up out of the blue (with no call or contact) and were very rude and condescending about getting it fixed. I would not use their services again even if it was free.

Great service! Having just moved to the area and having no experience with a septic system, we didn't even know where our tank was. Guy's came out, found the tank, pumped and made sure the tank was clean. Both gentlemen were friendly and professional, and they left the area clean.
