Absolute horrible service and horrible customer service. We pay for the fastest speeds they offer which is 150mb download speeds. Right now i am getting 8mb, i called twice last week and was told both times a manager would contact me the next day and nothing, i called today and was put on hold then hungup on, i had to call again to actually get onto the phone with a supervisor.

We have had multiple service calls since we have had them, and they have changed the wiring twice already. I pay over $80 a month just for internet and i get less then 10% of what i am paying for. Absolutely horrible company.
