I placed an order for pick-up. I asked for 2 roast turkey dinners - both with french fries, gravy on the side, salads with ranch dressing, one ham and bean soup and one order of wax beans. We received one tiny half cup of "gravy" - more like a congealed mass of unknown origins.



The third order was for ground sirloin steak, french fries, gravy on the side, salad with ranch dressing and ham and bean soup. What we got was the ground sirloin steak and coleslaw. No gravy, no fries, no salad. When we called to complain the manager called us a liar. Said she helped pack the order. Then she claimed we never ordered gravy, salad or fries with the steak - who would order a piece of meat and nothing else? Once again we lied - she packed what we ordered.



This MANAGER actually called us liars, but despite that she would give us a "free salad" and "free order of fries." Now we were supposed to turn around and drive the twenty minutes back and twenty more minutes home again.



As for the food...the stuffing was wet, not moist but wet. The wax beans - well I couldn't tell much from the two forkfuls I received. The soup should have been called ham fat and bean. The steak was dry.



So if you want barely acceptable food, and extremely rude service this is the place for you.
