Provided by YP.comWe woke up the other morning to find it was 50 degrees in our house! I left a message and Georgia immediately called me back. The repairman (Marco) was at our house within the hour, we needed a new furnace. Marco was very empathetic, he did not pressure us at all to go with Airko, but after calling around to several places, they had offered us the best deal, along with a generous offer to finance a portion of the cost, at 0% interest. Zero percent. Unbelievable. Marco and Hector (the installer) were friendly and professional, and Georgia updated me with phone calls throughout the day to let me know exactly when they would be arriving. It is never fun to buy a new furnace, but they made it as pleasant as possible. We will continue to use Airko for all future needs, and I highly recommend them!!

The only reason I gave AirKo 1 star is because the rating system wont allow a zero star review! I am a general contractor from the Berwyn area and have been doing business locally for 15 years. My regular HVAC guy was unavailable so I decided to try a new local guy based on a recommendation. As a general contractor I deal with other sub contractors on a regular basis. Over the years I have dealt with many local tradesmen and some have been worse than others at their profession.... But I have never before in 15 years dealt with such an UNPROFESSIONAL company. The owner Marco showed up promptly to pick up a deposit check for the "NEW" condenser they were to install.. that was the last time I saw him. I was promised that It would be installed by days end. A couple of clowns showed up two days later and installed an old rusty "USED" condenser. When I returned to inspect the work I found that all of the freon had leaked out. When I called the technician back his phone had been disconnected and Marko did not answer my calls either. I was finally able to reach a secretary who was extremely rude and unhelpful. I was finally able to reach the technician two days later who promised to come back and fix the problem. After 3 missed appointments with excuses ranging from flat tires to broken cell phones, he is no longer answering my calls. Airko and the company owner Marko are outright con artists, thieves and criminals....
If you you don't trust my review.. just go to the Better Business Bureau website and check their current rating and number of complaints filed against them.. I wish I had.

Provided by YP.comMy a/c went out on the 4th of July. I called a bunch of places and they all wanted to charge me extra and on top of that they couldn't come out until the 5th. I found Airko and talked with a nice lady that said there would be no extra charge for coming today and she sent a tech named Nick out. Nick was very knowledgable and found out the unit was low on freon and he swapped a coil out. He was very friendly, polite, professional and explained everything thoroughly. I am pleased to recommend Airko to all that may read this review

Provided by YP.comAirko installed a new furnace for me last year. We were so satisfied with them, a perfect job done and great service. Installed next day and only took a few hours. One year later, on a Sunday, the ignitor switch went out on the furnace. I can't blame Airko for that, they didn't make the furnace or put cheap import parts in it! All furnaces are made this way now, no matter which brand you buy, or what company installs it. Amazing how a $30 part can take out your furnace. But, Marco from Airko came out on Sunday evening & fixed the problem. The price for labor & the new part were reasonable, Marco was courteous and professional, and honest! I recomend this company. We have used them twice and been satisfied both times. Their after hours and holiday emergency service calls are always very timely and reasonably priced.

Provided by YP.comairko is a very unprofesional company they sheduled my appt.I took off work but they never came. when i called them the woman in the office was very rude and also unprofesional and would not accomidate me in anyway for a close appt date.After she hung up on me she proceeded to harass me by calling me 2 times on the phone right away to yell at me about raising my voice at her. This was very unprofesional and i would not recomend them for anything. When you run a bussiness you do not harass your customer. I lost a days pay for this appt and she did not care.with customer service like this i am surprised they are still in bussiness
