My uncle went into this business. He purchased the Clear(which they explained would be better then the Cricket that he currently used). The new Clear did not work in his computer, a employee or owner had him bring in his computer. The man worked on his computer. Clear still does not work and the computer does not work at all. He went to return the Clear and they told him he would not get money back. He spent $150.00 and he was told he would get a $50 check in mail. I then called and was told because they were independently owned" they can do what they want" watch out customers-- there are too many other places to get phones, ect-so go elsewhere.
