Chris Parker with Aux is a real pro. Love that he is a straight shooter and does a great job of communicating the pros and cons of electrical.

Gave us the pricing before we scheduled, Caleb came when promised, fixed the issue at the price quoted. Gave us a quote on some other work we needed done, very pleasant and professional. Would recommend to others.

Layne Bruard make a call to do a routine check on my heat -pump. He was very polite and very professional. He was very knowledgeable regarding the heat pump and company..

Had biannual check done on heat pump. First technician told me that I had a freon leak in coil and that I probably needed to either get a new coil, which would be $2700 or a new heat pump which would be north of $5000. Layne, second tech a few days later, came out and cleaned entire unit. Told me he did not find a leak and that unit was working fine.
Needless to say I was very relieved and was very happy that I wouldn't have to replace anything. Layne was totally professional and did his job very efficiently.

Wonderful company! Called with an emergency for my new home, not only were they incredibly helpful, but scheduling was quick and easy! The technician was very friendly and helpful, he got everything taken care of that I needed and gave his card should I need help again! Definitely will use them again in the future!

I sent in a request for a call back on their website and never got a response. I finally called them 3 days later. They scheduled me for the first AM appointment on a day that I made arrangements to meet them. They called me the morning of my appointment and said they were backed up and couldn't make it until later. I waited at home all day and no one ever shoed up. I called them at 2:00 and they just gave me excuses.

I have paid a fee to be considered a Preferred Customer with AUX Mechanical for 8+ years and must be stupid! As a Preferred customer Aux promised special 24 hour service, no overtime fees, etc. The least I could expect as a client is for the techs to show up on time or even on the correct day for a scheduled routine appointment!

I have 5 HVAC units. I takes most all day for the service call so I always request and am granted an early morning time slot. EVERY TIME I have a scheduled appointment (which I set up well in advance and always get a confirmation call from the "girls" the night before) I get a phone call well into the morning that the techs wont be arriving and don't know when they will be available. Here's the "script". "We had a service call from the night before that spilled over into this morning. So I will call you throughout the day to tell you when and if a tech can make it out."

The thing that really set me off today was I also had an appointment with one of their plumbers in a different division and HE TOO couldn't make it out for the "same reason".

I sent this post and a note to Phil the owner to expect this poor review and to also ask for my premium payment back...than then to fire them!

I bet he'll be late responding to my call!
